Victoria’s love affair with art has been a constant in her life and her passion to create art through recycling materials is also the core of her 2024 series ‘INTERRUPTION’

Victoria Floratos is an abstract expressionist artist and
is known for her protagonist material ‘The humble eggshell’. A life form so significant, its deep symbolism has marked the artist's inspiration. Her work captures a series of feelings through the raw interruptions in her own life’s journey-the ups and downs are present in her distinctive artwork.
Art enthusiasts are drawn to the unique storytelling of the formed patterns that have occurred during the process, the selected hues that represent the artists state of mind and the repurposing of the eggshells.

The Immortalist
The Immortalist is the catalyst for Victorias upcoming collections, an inspiration for her method and medium. Within each of her pieces, intricate pattern work expresses the cyclical nature of the human experience. Life's fateful interruptions are expressed on her canvas as a striking splash of eggshell shards.
Inspirations
Victorias artwork is inspired by natural forms and rich textures, with each piece organically integrating within any space. Drawn by the interplay between rough and smooth textures, she adds a considered depth and dimension to her work.
